Cold Coffee? a good way. The ever-addictive Tastespotting led me to a recipe for coffee popsicles.

As good as these promise to be right from the recipe, they are actually even better if you stop before freezing the drink into popsicles. I tried some of the slushy wonderfulness right from the blender, and it puts a Starbucks Frappuccino to shame. Just the thing you may need to calm down from the stress of bathing suit shopping.
